Shipping policy
Shipping Speeds
Our products are made to order for you upon purchase, so standard shipping is the only option available. Shipping speeds and prices vary per product and per customer location. If you have ordered multiple items, they will ship separately in batches by product type (i.e. in an order with a mug, postcards, and stickers, there will be three shipments for each product type). Please see shipping information on the product display page or notes in the product description for a more detailed timeline for each product. In general, you can expect your London & Lemon items to arrive between 2-4 weeks after placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Products of a similar nature (i.e. postcards, stickers) can typically be bundled together in one shipment, with one shipping fee per order. Dissimilar products (i.e. mugs vs. postcards) will ship in separate shipments, as will be reflected in the updated shipping cost shown at checkout. In some cases, products of the same type may ship separately to optimize shipping speeds.
Shipping Locations
At the moment, given that London & Lemon is based in the United States, we offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to the United Kingdom. Please note: shipping estimates will be slightly longer for orders within the United Kingdom. To shop in the U.K., please locate the country/region button at the bottom of our homepage to switch your currency from USD to GBP. We also have plans to expand to different countries in the future, subject to demand. In the meantime, if you would like a product shipped internationally, please reach out to info@londonandlemon.com and we can discuss potential options for you.
Additional Fees
Customers are responsible for additional fees incurred for shipping to their country, including but not limited to, taxes, duties, and customs. In the case of unexpected additional fees at customs, customers are responsible for fees incurred into the country of delivery.
Shipping Delays
Due to COVID-19, products may be subject to fulfillment delays due to carrier issues. If you experience shipping delays with your order, please review the shipping information listed on the product page for each item you ordered and note that production time is usually 1-3 days on top of the shipping speeds listed in the item description. If more than the upper limit of days has passed from shipment (i.e. after 15 days on a 10-15 day shipping speed estimate for mugs), then please reach out to info@londonandlemon.com to inquire about the status of your order. In the case of tracking numbers not showing movement, please wait up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement. If your item does not show movement after that or if your item does not arrive within the timeframe estimated, please contact us at info@londonandlemon.com.
