Refund policy
Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, as our items are printed on demand for each customer as soon as an order is placed. The exception to this policy is for defective items, where will grant a refund once a defect is determined.
However, if you find yourself dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, regardless of whether it is defective or not, please contact us at info@londonandlemon.com. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so if you run into any issues, we will always work our best to resolve them as soon as possible. We love our customers and want to do right by them!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of a defective item, please email info@londonandlemon.com within 30 days of your item arriving. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged item and we can submit the claim to our printing partners. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Exchanges
Due to the nature of made to order items, we are unable to accept exchanges, as our items are printed on demand for each customer.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
